At Stübben, we are committed to providing the highest quality equestrian gear; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Carefully place the unused items, including all original tags and protective padding, into the original shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
