What is the typical shipping timeframe for custom orders?
Custom-made saddles and leather goods typically take 8 to 12 weeks for production and delivery. In-stock items such as bits, girths, and care products usually ship within 2-3 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your leather products?
Yes, all Stübben saddles come with a 5-year warranty on the saddle tree and a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on the leather and stitching.
What is your return policy for non-custom items?
Unused, non-customized items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that used bits and leather goods showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my Stübben leather to ensure its longevity?
We recommend using our specially formulated Stübben Hamanol dressing. Clean your leather with a damp cloth after every ride and apply conditioner regularly to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking.
